The third hand piece I received does not work. The screw threads are damaged and it won't tighten to hold the tools. Also, only one of the tweezers will fit in the narrow third hand making having two different tweezers pointless as I can only kind of use one of them. When I put the smaller tweezers in the third hand base, it holds it in such a way that makes the tweezers open wider towards the middle and come to a point at the tips, so they will not hold my jewelry in place. The third hand also won't tighten below the part that holds the tweezers, so even when I managed to get the tweezers to stay in the space with the defective screw, the bottom ball won't tighten enough and continued to allow the tweezers to move all over the place. Because of this issue, the ring I was working on and had just heated up fell out of the tweezers and right onto my leg burning two holes through a brand new pair of pants. The Flux I received seemed used and the brush attached to the lid is a spread out mess that keeps having pieces fall out of it making it really hard to use. The Flux leaks and didn't have a seal on it. It also looked almost half gone making me think I received a used product. The metal soldering pick that came with the kit has a cancer warning sticker on the package that it came in and this information was not put in the product description, so I haven't even taken that one out of the package because I don’t know what its made out of or which part of it unsafe. Pretty much the only things I can use from the kit is the solder wire and the ceramic plate which is why I gave it 2 stars.
