Broken hooks.
The product is beautiful to see and is exactly as shown in the picture. I was looking for antique type hooks to fit in my ancestral house but the product arrived with broken hooks as can be seen in the pic. I didn't even open the package and returned it immediately. The quality of the material used for the hook looks cheap and I wish they would improve the product quality as the design is extremely beautiful.
