Delicious! Great flavor no aftertaste yummy filling and perfect for my daily Bkfst with coffee. Thank you Dr Atkins and the entire Atkins staff! A great healthy meal replacement.... Go for it💁‍♀️

The bars were quite pleasant considering and a welcome sweet treat for a low-carb diet. However, the maltose sugar alcohol used to sweeten it has unpleasant laxative side effects for many people including me and my husband, even when eaten in relatively small amounts (<1 bar a day), and eating more than 1 could have led to horrifying consequences.Between the high price and potential side effects, we're not likely to indulge in them again but, they are not a bad product either.

Meal bars were good but package was mashed. Some of the bars were mashed also. Most damage to a box I’ve ever had from Amazon

They were kind of stale...hard. Bummed because I bought a bunch of them. OK to wash with coffee I guess.
