Q: I never received my urn , very disappointed how can you do this to customer who are going thru a hard time ? When I called for answers no one helped .

I don't know what to tell you expect I have purchased 6 urns to date and I have had no problems.

Yes, my husband was 280 lbs and it was a perfect fit

It is made of a durable, fairly heavy metal. I am very pleased with this urn.

Q: is the top of urn a screw on lid

Yes! The Crematorium Director said he can put glue on the threads to permanently secure the lid to the vessel if that’s something you want to have done. NOTE: The urn will fit in a 11 1/2 x 11 1/2 niche if you plan to intern the remains in a mausoleum.
