The stone is quite pretty and has a good clamp on the back for easy adjustment. The rope is very flexible and the tips hang straight.

These Bolo or String Ties are just perfect (quality and price). I wanted to wear a Bolo tie since I was a kid playing cowboys and Indians. I bought one (black stone), and liked it so much I bought two others (turquoise and red stone). The stones are eye-catching without being ostentatious, the settings are attractive and don't overwhelm the stone itself, the clasp is ingenious, and the leather string is an appropriate length. The silver tassels are a nice touch, too. Very pleased with my purchases.

This a beautiful bolo tie, and the quality is nice. It appears just as advertised in the online ad. The black and green striped pattern in the stone, of course, can vary from piece to piece.
