Would definitely recommend!!
Works great! So much hair comes out and my dog doesn’t mind being brushed with it at all!

Best in class.
Let me start by saying I volunteer at a rabbit rescue and this brush is effective to pull up loose undercoat (back side) and pull out all the already loose hair (front side, held sideways), while being gentle enough to not bother most of them. I have tried many brushes, and 🔥 this is a best-in-class product 🔥If you care about getting the hair out, this will do it.⚠️ HOWEVER, AS WITH ANY TOOL, YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT IT IS, AND WHAT IT IS NOT ⚠️This is not a wicker brush, and the hair does not stay trapped in the tool. It gets everywhere. I recommend doing the de-shedding outside. The back is for undercoat. It is great at that. It is decent as a furniture spot cleaner, too, but it is about 1/4 as effective as those red velvet pet hair rollers. Don't expect a miracle. It is relatively small. This is a good thing - if it were larger the surface area from the silicone would pull on the coat more and make my buns uncomfortable. This does mean it takes a little bit more time. However, it is comfortable enough for my rabbits that they'll sit still much longer, so I don't mind.It is soft silicone. Store it in a cool dry place, and it'll last. If you keep it out in direct sunlight, it'll probably start to crumble after a while. That's just how the material behaves. If your pets don't like it, start with the front side (long-ways) and just be gentle with it.

Works pretty well
It does a fairly good job of picking up hair without being too scratchy and the different sides available come in handy. But it also does pick up lots of static at the same time so if the hair doesn't go on the brush, it'll go on your clothes. I also just vacuum up the hair from the brush very easily.

Many uses
I use this thing daily. It was a slow burn for my cats, who found it intense at first, but grew to enjoy the sensation. (My one cat loves stimulating his gumline with the nubby side...which has helped as a prelude to toothbrushing...who knew). It's definitely distinct from my 10+yo ZoomGroom, which still has its niche in my tool kit. The toothy burred part on the back side (hard to see on the images) is my favorite feature. it works almost like a de-shedding blade, basically teasing out the same undercoat hairs you'd get with a Furminator but without the same intensity of grabbing for the animal. It's more clear the hairs are coming out on their own terms...if that's ever come into question for you with the Furminator. I've never encountered anything like this burr feature for a cat, but now it's my go-to mode of brushing. The back side of the brush is also an amazing and very satisfying hand tool for removing fur from EVERYTHING— particularly knittted items and uneven fabrics.

Best cat brush, has cut down on hairballs!
I LOVE this cat brush, I originally saw it in a Buzzfeed article and was skeptical but decided to give it a try because one of my cats (short hair) regularly got hairballs and I was tired of scrubbing my carpet. He enjoys being brushed with it and it pulls out a ton of loose hair. He has a short silky coat and this brush works well on him. I started brushing him for maybe 5 minutes a day, every day, and it has dramatically reduced the amount of hairballs he coughs up.An awesome bonus is the other side of the brush is designed for cleaning hair off furniture and clothes, and that side works amazingly well. Works better on my couch and bed than a "pet hair" vacuum cleaner or sticky lint roller. It's a little pricy but considering how well it works, I think it's worth the high price. It can be somewhat challenging to remove the loose hair from the bristles and I recommend pulling it out by hand when your hands are slightly damp by brushing it against your palm. I did try to rinse it out once in the bathroom sink and all the hair clogged my drain, oops. Don't make that mistake!
