My cats love theirs!
No directions. Somewhat difficult to push metal tips through barely visible holes in platform. Beware that the metal ends DO stick out the other side and could scratch floor surfaces, or injure you whilst assembling. Once assembled, I used pieces of cork to cover the sharp metal ends, then taped them in place. Have one for the outdoor cat and a second one for my indoor kitty. They love them!

Somewhat disappointed.
I'm somewhat disappointed in this product. I previously purchased another brand and decided to try another kind when the brush snapped off the base. When buying this one I was hoping for better luck. Unfortunately it did the same thing. Thankfully because the connection wasn't made of plastic I was able to reconnect it but have not had much luck in keeping this one together either. On a positive note my cats love this type of self grooming product. I have three cats and they all brush up against it.

This was easy to assemble
This was easy to assemble, and not a bad design. Its a little flimsy, but worth the price. My cat wont groom herself on it, but that's no fault of the product. My cat is just a diva, and would rather be personally brushed. She sleeps on the carpeted base a lot.

Okay grooming brush
Nice sturdy base, but the wire brush just sits in and flexes easily as my cat rubs against it. Works, but I have to bend it back into place every once in a while. Nothing to protect the floor from the metal tips that are pushed through the base.

it's like she thinks she's doing something wrong
Every time I try to take a picture of my cat using this thing, she notices and runs away. it's like she thinks she's doing something wrong. At first she didn't know what it was and didn't really use it. But I took the black thing and rubbed it under her neck and she LOOOOVED that. so now she'll rub up on it all the time. It is a little hard to clean, but if you just sorta grab the hair out or vacuum it off, that works well.super easy to put together - just put the wire into the hole.

Not for my cat
Was thinking it needed more than just putting the wire ends into holes. Was hoping for a bolt or washer. My cat seems to like chewing it more than rubbing his face and or body. Have to cat nip it to for him to pay it any attention.

BRILLIANT!!!!! :-)
When me and my Natira first go out into the living room the first thing she does is go to her Grooming Arch. Straight out of the box she tried chewing the bristles then quickly started rubbing her cheeks on them. She hasn't quite gotten walking through, I do guide her and she loves it but will not step through on her own.It is sturdy and the bristles are a perfect stiffness and full. The base is heavy and sturdy, no way this is going to tip over. I wish I'd gotten this years ago. I can see this lasting through many years and many cats.

because the cats don't like it for one (and i have 4) and because ...
Only 2 stars, because the cats don't like it for one (and i have 4) and because the arch is on a heavy twisted wire that you poke into the board base... but it's longer than the board is deep and pokes holes in my linoleum - threw it away after a week of trying to get cat's interested (and layers of duct tape to keep it from poking the floor)
