KettlePizza Gas Pro is a GAME Changer
Extremely pricey for what it is. But would I recommend buying it? The answer is "Yes!!" (withe 3 exclamation marks). The Kettle Gas Pro Pizza Oven Kit is a game changer. It turned my Weber E330 into a great pizza oven. Pie came out awesome, took a couple of practices in rotating to get it down right. Initial bake time is 2 minutes, then every minute, I rotated 90 degrees, for a total of 3 rotations before I pulled it out, For the pizza dough, I used 2 cups of 00 flour mixed with 2 cups of King Arthurs organic bread flour. Crust came out crunchy, not chewy.In addition to pizza, I used it make vegetable kabobs. I set all the burners on 50%, and discovered that I did not have to rotate my vegetables. With the pizza kettle, it grilled the bottom and broil the top and it came out nicely done.But the ultimate game changer was when I sous vide my steak and then grilled it unde the pizza kettle. I dare say I find my steaks to match the high end steak eateries. I cannot believe the versatility of this product. But like I said, it is expensive. But I would purchase this in a heart beat.My next food research is to incorporate wood chips and see how my pizza and steaks turn out. In meantime, Happy Eats!!

My new favorite pizzeria
This setup really works. Using your own ingredients allows you to get much better quality and flavor than the local pizza joints. Two weeks ago I tried one of the cheaper box style grill ovens and it just didn’t get hot enough so I sent it back. With that one you also had to remove the flavor bars under the grates which was a dirty pain in the neck. You have to play around with the gas knobs to get the right heat amount. I started with 100% and that was a bit too hot. Then took it down to around 50% and that wasn’t quite hot enough but 75% was about right. I cooked 3 pizzas and they all came out fantastic. The third one had a bubble which touched the roof and wound up sticking and leaving about 3 inches of topping and part of the crust so I’ll agree with other reviewers that it would be better if it were a little taller. One other thing, if you’re planning on making more than one pizza get two peels so you can make the other pizza on a peel and put it right in the oven as soon as the first one is done.

Great.
Works better than expected. Easy to use. Gets up to 700 degrees. Didn’t have an inventory online so wasn’t sure what was included. I had to buy the wood and stainless peel separately.

Best gift ever!
It was selfishly the best present I've ever given my husband because that means I also win out. The pizza that comes from our KettlePizza is fast, perfect, and delicious. Seriously so easy to use and great to have. We use it all the time for just us but it's even better to have for parties. The pizza will warm you heart from the inside because it's so good but also because you're supporting a small family-owned American business.

Pizza Pizza
There is definitely learning curve with this! Make sure the first pizza you do is no larger than 10'' and very thin!! You need to get the hang of sliding it off the peel and learning how to rotate it. The heatproof gloves came in handy!! They work!! If your pizza is to thick you will have a tough time getting it out without rubbing the toppings on the top. Still, it was great pizza!! As close to brick oven as you can get with a gas grill!! Bought a special American pizza flour which is better for temps of ovens near 600 degrees and the pizza turned out great!!! Gave it 4 stars because of the learning curve but well worth it!!!!

Expensive but worth it.
Yes, it is expensive but don't expect to have top-browned grilled pizza unless you purchase this product.Within the compartment created by this product, Im able to get 600-700 degrees which I consider an impressive feat for my four burner natural gas grill. With a high quality propane grill with sufficiently many burners, you should easily surpass 700 degrees.I haven't yet used the stone but instead used this product with my nerd chef 3/8" steel plate. I suspect the stone would be a better choice because it'd give more time to heat the top. Results were nonetheless excellent.The gloves that came with this product are of high quality.

The opening to slide the pizza is too small
I thought this was a good concept. I preheated my grill to 500 degrees with the Kettle Pizza in place. I slide the raw pizza into the grill. My crusts puff about 1 1/2". The pizza puffed and stuck to the roof of the Kettle. I had to remove the very hot Kettle from the grill to get the pizza out. The gloves came in handy. Unfortunately, when I took the very hot Kettle from the grill with the sticking pizza, the pizza fell to the ground. I was left holding the Kettle with the entire pizza on my feet. I make my own dough, so this 3 hour fiasco made me return the KettlePizza. I wouldn't recommend it.

MUST BUY if you make pizzas (or if you don’t but want to)
My husband and I got one as a gift. When my in-laws came over they fell in love too. We bought this for them for Christmas and used it with them. It’s a great idea and makes an unbelievable crisp taste to your pizza. We had always used pizza stones but the combination of the shield and the stone make for the perfect pizza. Depending on the heat your bbq gives off it may take a few pizzas to find the perfect timing but just stick with it and once you get the hang of it it comes out AMAZING!
