GREAT for fused glass
I do fused glass and these make really nice sized hearts. You have some flexibility on how thick. I HIGHLY recommend you pre-fire this at 500º to burn off the residue and spray with Zyp.

Spray this pan with glass release prior to each use.
I like the fact that it is iron and can withstand the temperatures of my kiln.I use this as a molr for glass fusing and love it.

Used as a glass fusion mold
The cast iron works in a glass kiln. I’ve noticed a slight uneven shape between the top two sides of the heart shapes but it’s hardly noticeable.

Good quality
I am using these for a different purpose than baking but they are exactly what I wanted. They are a good quality and I am very satisfied.

Tiny rust holes in the finish of the hearts!
Very disappointed. These trays were $20 last year but like everything else it costs more today. If the quality was acceptable I would have been satisfied. SIX of the nine hearts had tiny rust spot holes in the finish. Should have sent it back but too busy to take it to kohls. Heads up if you are going to purchase this item.

Very solid and sturdy
It was a gift to my granddaughter. Don't know how it worked for her but was disappointed that it came with no care or other instructions.

Good for Glass Hearts
I use these for glass fusing, not cakes. They're awfully small, so I don't know if you'd want to make cookies/cakes in them. For fusing, these work great. I put mine in my kiln when I get them, up to 500 degrees F and hold for 20 minutes to burn off any potential stuff that came on the pans, and then let them cool. Then I coat with ZYP, boron nitride spray, with several coats. Then I put the glass in and fire. These work a treat for that. Lovely hearts.
