Yes, MS906TS can perform ECU coding(NOT ECU programming) function for some cars, but due to different compatibility of product systems, please be noted ECU coding functions are not universal for all vehicles, you can check the below link to learn more.

Glad to hear from you. No, sorry, please don't buy it before check. What exactly do you mean by saying reflash the moudles? ECU programming(write blank programs) or ECU coding(change the OE settings)? MS906TS only support ECU codings for multi-cars. Autel ECU programming tools like Autel MS908S PRO II, USUltra/ Elite II, etc. can only do ECU programming for specific BENZ/ BMW cars.

Warm note: Functions not universal. Please send us your car VIN(17 digits), brand, model, year and the specific functions you need, so, our tech support will help you check and recommend you a most suitable scan tool.
