I love this einkorn wholewheat, it’s naturally much lower in carbs and higher in fiber than white or even regular wholewheat flour and it has this wonderful nutty, bread-y flavor that somehow makes it taste more like wheat than any other wheat flour I’ve eaten. It cooks up beautifully and forms a nicer browning than regular wheat than regular wheat. It’s completely replaced regular wheat flour in my carb-conscious baking and I think actually it improves the taste of recipes I used it in. It really is a superior wheat flour for all of my purposes and it’s worth every penny for the quality and health benefits. Try making pancakes with it, you won’t be disappointed!

I started using einkorn because I learned the ancient grains are easier on my gut. I make my own sourdough bread, scones and other breads. I originally started with the regular einkorn and decided to give the whole wheat a try. It is a nuttier, fuller taste flour. So far I've only mixed the regular with the einkorn. I bought the handy 3 pack so I can try a completely whole wheat bread.

Received the package and only received 1 of the 3 count bags of flour. The 1 bag I did receive was broken and split on the bottom and sides and flour went everywhere when I opened it. Such a mess.
