What a Great Kit!
This kit includes wonderful gem and stones with idea on how to examine them, sort them, and use them. What I loved (for grandkids) is that the gems and stones were useful for several games in the box (like tic-tac-toe and more) The gem cards was also a normal deck of cards and the whole kit was filled with fun and surprises for young children.

Great idea
Great idea, fun games and a happy child.Some of the examples are not great, we're looking to buy a better blue calcite as the one included has poor colour.Luck of the draw I guess.

GREAT for homeschooling! we love the variety and learning about rocks. My 6th grader and I enjoyed using it this year and will continue to do so for upcoming science units.
