Nice and sparkly

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased a fireplace heater for our 3 season room. Looked great but the decorative crystals that were supposed to be included were missing. I contacted Amazon and they sent the Polygon Fire Class crystals. They're bigger than what would have come with the fireplace purchase, but they look nice when the fireplace feature is used. Thank you Mr. Fireglass and thank you Amazon customer service for helping me with this purchase.

Overall good product. Many pieces have sharp edges along the mold-seams, so be careful when handling. Some pieces were chipped and broken, but is estimate only 1/20... Not enough to notice when in a pile.

These Fire Pit Glass not only looks great, but, there are a great price. So, good, I ordered a second to have on hand. Now, you are going to read they turn black - this is true, since when flames go over any type of product you will get residue soot. Keep the flame low and you will have one or two turn black. When they cool down you can wash off the soot. I have had to this twice in 2 years for 2 pieces - not a big deal to me. I'm still impressed with the look when the fire is on and even when the fire is no on. They look awesome!
