In the packaging ,the seller makes a point of recommending you wash the towels before use, never using fabric softener or dryer sheets. These reduce absorbency. Even after three washings in hot water and drying on high heat without dryer sheets, the towels don't absorb water so much as smear it around until you're kinda dry. It's a very uncomfortable feeling. I am hoping that they will become more absorbent with use, and if that works, I'll update my review. At $50 for four towels, I was hoping for and expecting better.

Probably the best towel I have ever purchased! It is super absorbing and soft ! I have tried many towels on the market , esp Turkish towels, none of them were much a different than regular towel, after a few washed they became thin and falling apart- this one is DIFFERENT ! I wish I have found this brand earlier!!!

I bought this 27x54 Peshkul ring-spun terry towel. I weighted, and one sheet is 1.37lb (622g). That makes this fabulous and thick towel a bit over the claimed 650 gsm. I loved the softness and fell in love with the beautiful plain border and the velvety color. Even out of the box, I didn't notice any lint issue, which is one of my real worries. Once you wrap yourself into one of these fluffy towels, you will simply say this is it! I hope you guys can offer the same quality with some other sheets, especially an 8-piece set.

I typically don’t write reviews because I don’t typically shop online; working in fashion I prefer to see and feel in person. I was told by another friend in the business about PESHKUL towels, they assured me they were great. I’m so happy I listened to them- these towels are incredible!! They are plush, absorbent (which, to me is super important) beautifully made; exactly what I want to wrap my body in once I’m done with my bath.

I first bought these towels in Mint Green on July 11th. I have washed and dried them every other day since then and none of the threads have snagged or pulled out. They are as soft and absorbent as they were when I first got them.It is October 20th now and they are the most long wearing towel I have ever had. The price is awesome too, I have paid up to seventy dollars a towel at a fancy linen place and their loops snagged. This is a very good value.I just ordered another set in blue because I liked them so much. Strongly recommend them.

These grey towels ran” grey dye all over new new $50 sweatshirt & ruined it... I washed new towels in cold water with one sweatshirt... sweatshirt came out with grey dye all over it, completely ruined:-(.I guess I be washing them 3-4 times alone to make sure they don’t ruin anything else.

These towels are fantastic! They are so soft and gentle it seems they came from a luxury 5 stars hotel. Just loved to have them home. Cant wait to shower and use them again! Very easy to laundry on wash machine. Simply the best!

Washed in cold water, delicate cycle and both side edges were completely freyed with foot long threads hanging and knotted overall. Washed by itself. Terrible mess. Had to throw away.
