I like the honesty of this bio which doesn't sugar coat ANYTHING. Great photos, deep history, really a joy. I bought it to read on the plane and ended up devouring the whole book before my trip. A great plane book because reading is easy and fun.

Interesting book about an icon, delivered quickly with good packaging

Die Biographin ribbelt die Lebenslinien von Vivienne Westwood auf und dreht ihr Schnittmuster rigoros auf links. Sie enthüllt viele Details, aber menschlich nahe kommt sie ihrem Forschungsgegenstand dabei nicht. Doch das ist egal, entweder mag man Vivienne und ihren Stil oder nicht, entweder war man dabei oder nicht. Für Modejunkies ist es ein inspirierendes Buch und auch ein Dokument über die wilde Selbstermächtigung in der Punk-Ära.
