Taste is pungent
This is not very great I think plain cold pressed coconut oil is best for oil pulling purposes This one has clove etc but the overall taste and flavour is bad. Smells rancid

I received this product and was really looking forward to using it. However, there was no safety seal and it looked like it had already been used and the top was cracked.
