I bought this with the intent and of firming up my arms in the garage before taking on Iron Mike. It’s usefulness has more than paid off when I transferred my no-longer-in-circulation shirts and pants as the stuffing material in which my hammering of punches has been relegated back to hammering of beers in the aforementioned garage. However, it has made for a great conversation starter.I would recommend before you fill the back to line it with some thin cardboard for a little rigidity and structure before dumping all of your girlfriends unused pies of jeans. Also, use a few metal carabiners to secure it to the chains and it will make it easier to pull down and put up. Especially when having to park the car in the garage or the kids bikes under near it.

It was a challenge trying to stuff it, but finally got it filled. The install was a hassle. He had to use screws from Home Depot to put it up. There were no install instructions. So good luck with that part.

I've been boxing for years and this was exactly what I thought it would be. I added some old free weights to the bottom third.It didn't come with screws, which was fine because I wanted to use stronger bolts and upgrade the carabiners. It was nice to find a use for old sheets and clothes. It's not perfect, but putting it against a wall sort of serves the same purpose as a harder/heavier bag.

I loved the price. I'm not a boxer. I wanted it to burn energy. It was super easy to put together and hang. It works great for me. All the accessories were included.I did have to purchase lag screws. It came with ones used for cements. I hung the bag from a wooden beam. No problem.

Update. After posting my review I got two different emails from people asking to remove my negative review and they would send me $10 gift card. Obviously I declined that offer.Better buy some corn or something to stuff it. And make sure you have the tools to hang this thing. It was impossible for me to hang. Stuffed with old blankets and clothing. Was not sturdy. For $60 it should come stuffed. I could literally hang a black bag and stuff it and just buy the gloves. Not impressed would not recommend

My teens wanted this for our in house gym. It has held up so good.
