Good for everyday maintenance, not so much for caked on algae

We keep this parked in a corner of our large saltwater reef tank. It enables us to easily maintain the inside glass of the aquarium so we don't have to do a hands-on interior cleaning as often. We run it around the inside glass of the aquarium every couple days and it keeps it looking good, reducing more labor-intensive hands-in-the-tank cleaning. It is a big time-saver for us.

I use the Flipper for cleaning the aquarium glass. Easy to use. Flips to another side of the aquarium. Scraper gets rid of the algae and coraline build-up on glass. Tech people are super friendly, work with you on settling a question or concern, stand behind their product. I highly recommend them and their products.

Replacing the old pads was pretty simple!

2/3 of the nano pads are only 1 3/8" wide not 1 3/4". Height of the pads are 2 15/16" rather than 3".
