Just ok. They do what they're meant to.
UPDATE: Customer service is great, very helpful! The service I've received honesty makes me want to order from them again. They were able to send in a replacement. I wouldn't say these are the greatest batteries, but they get the job done and I'm now a fan of the company.They're alright, I got them for my monitor but I also use them for my lights sometimes. They last a pretty long time, and for the most they're good, my only issue is they take forever to charge. For what you pay, they're definitely worth it, but if I had the choice I'd probably pay a little bit more for a better set of batteries with more features. My older battery tells you how much charge is in them, and can also charge directly from the battery, these ones you need to hook them up to the charging port. It's really easy to use, just slow. Also if it matters the cord is kind of short and doesn't come with outlet plug. Decent value for the money.

**UPDATE** I recieved a letter today from this company saying they had been trying to get a hold of me...They sent a LETTER they went way beyond as for custermer service. They just got a life long custermer and to top it off they are sending me TWO NEW ones. Thanks again Alice you guys ROCK!!!I bought these in 01/2023 on a job the other day when I went to take off the charger the connector broke and pulled right out of the battery. Looks like I just got a bad one not sure who to contact 8 months later. Live and learn pay a little more for peace of mind.

Had about 2 weeks at the time of writing this so far these seem decent on my rotolight neo 3 charger is still holding up as well we will see how long they last before one goes out..
