My headset wouldn’t stay up on my face and this products helps stabilize the headset for me.

Its definitely an improvement on the stock headset it really help with the weight of the quest 2. i find the plastic edge sometimes rubbing my ears and making them hurt. my ears arent big either but it’s manageable.

Cheaply made top strap and IMPOSSIBLE to reach the seller for a replacement. Instead, 45 min process with Amazon leading to me just buying another out of pocket. sigh..

This item, while looking pretty decent, feels very cheaply made. When you put it on and tighten it, it groans and clicks weird making me think it's rather cheaply made. The worst part is that the straps that connect it to the headset have a very sharp edge that they didn't take the time to sand down and it actually cut my ear. After taking some time to sand down the edge it is definitely more comfortable but the fact that I had to take this step at All should give you an indication of its build quality.
