WAGO Connectors - A DIY Game Changer!
TL;DR: These connectors are pure brilliance - secure, easy, and stronger than wire nuts. A must-have for any DIYer!I just had my first encounter with these connectors, and they are nothing short of genius! They grip the wire ends with an ironclad hold, ensuring a secure connection. Plus, they're a breeze to use, simplifying the splicing process.I recently used them to install a new flush-mount ceiling light, a job that's notorious for its awkwardness. You're left juggling the fixture while connecting the wires. With these WAGO connectors, it's a one-person show – the fixture dangles gracefully, no worries about wires coming loose.Unlike wire nuts that can give way under strain, these WAGO connectors stay rock-solid. They've won me over so much that I'm getting more to share with my fellow DIY enthusiasts. 🛠️💡👏

These wire connectors are amazing!
This summer I replaced 3 garage door openers. I used these to connect the new safety sensors on each door. They are easy to use and work great. I haven’t had any issues. I especially love that you can reuse them! I won’t use twist-on connectors again.

Brilliant game changer!!!
These are truly amazing and a game changer especially for projects around the house. I've used these in several places now and couldn't be happier. I've found many valuable benefits in addition to ease of use and confidence that you have a reliable and safe connection to more than justify the cost over traditional wire nuts. These free up a TON of space in boxes which is invaluable when converting old switches to smart switches. Gone are the days of awkwardly holding up overhead or wall mounted lighting and twisting wire nuts while my wife is "reminding" me to hurry up. These allow many old 2 person jobs to be 1 person by allowing you to set-up connections beforehand then just connect the ground and snap the wires into place.

It is hard to believe something so easy to use is code acceptable, but they are.
Easy to use, smaller than conventional nuts, easy to see that they are installed correctly. What is not to like. And the multi wire versions make complex connections a breeze.

I'll Never Use Wire Nuts Again
Just used these connectors for the first time. A truly brilliant product. They hold the wire ends really tight, making a secure connection, and very easy to use. Easier to use and binds more strongly than wire nuts. I just used them to attach a new flush-mount ceiling light. It's an awkward job because you have to somehow hold the fixture while splicing the wires. The only way you can do it alone is to hold the fixture by one of the wires then splice that wire to the corresponding one hanging from the ceiling junction box. The fixture then has to dangle from that wire as you attach the other wires. I've found that the strain on a wire nut connection will often just pull it apart, but not with this new WAGO product. I'm buying more to give away as presents to fellow DIYers.

Easy to use
Much, MUCH better than wirenuts, takes up less space, and makes a much better connection. There is no wondering... “did I get that stranded wire twisted enough?”... and unlike the old “push it in till it seats” stranded wire is easy to insert, then lock in place. I will never use Wire Nuts or the IDEAL push-in connectors again. They may cost a few pennies more, but they save 10 times that in frustration!

Super Simple Splicing
If you are still using wire nuts to connect fixtures and switches, do yourself a favor and try out these Wago connectors. They are very high quality connectors, that are VERY easy to use! Simply choose the connector size for the number of wires connecting; strip about 1/2" of each wire's insulation; lift one flap for a "cell" on a connector; insert a wire until fully seated (and no bare wire shows); flip down the flap for that "cell"; repeat, as needed. Incredibly simple operation is one strength of these connectors, but excellent quality and reliability are the true strengths. If you have any concern about the flaps dislodging, then simply wrap a ring of electrical tape around the connector, and close it up!I suppose there are still cases when someone should still use a wire nut, but I will be sticking with the Wagos!!!

Better than wire nuts
I’m not an electrician, make sure you know what you’re doing. I wired a two gang switch box (14/2 wire ) for some new recessed lights. That many wires in one box can be difficult to organize and stuff back in there when the job is done. The wago connectors make it very easy to stay organized and fold wires neatly into the box.
