Fun for ages 3-64
Very pleased with this purchase. My 10 year old grand-daughter and I now know where each of the States are located, can identify them by their shape and size. Through play we are learning fun facts about each state. Quality product. Three-year-old now requests to play "The United States" game. (which is placing the varied shaped magnetic State pieces on their correct place on the magnetic board)

great for 4 year old
this is very user friendly. My 4 year old was able to help make this. She loved snapping the pieces out if the wood. She was not able pull back a load the catapult as the rubber bands are to strong for her. But we still had a lit of fun. It really is made for at least a 6 year old. But all together a great activity to do with a young child.

Does not have 50 individual state pieces
I bought this specifically because of the advertisement “individual pieces even for smaller states”. There are still combined state pieces for the smaller states. NJ is connected to NY, NH & VT are one, and RI, CT, and something else are all together. I have been on a mad hunt to find a puzzle with all 50 states. If anyone knows of one, please let me know. Other than that, this is a neat product for kids who like geography.

Bumpy crease in the middle of the map
I love everything about this, except that the map folds in half, which makes for a large bump down the center. None of the center pieces sit flat. They push the adjacent pieces over, resulting in a very wonky finished product. I really love it other wise! I love the magnetic board, and the pictures. This helps kiddos easily memorize the states' names, locations, capitals, and landmarks.

Impossible to build
The toy is fantastic in theory, however terrible in practice. The pieces don’t fit properly so it’s impossible to get the pieces in without forcing it. They also break easily (pics one and two). Even when built the doesn’t function properly (have to force the balls in). Very disappointed.

Great learning tool for our great grandson

Too strong for kids
Massive rubber bands hurt our kids fingers twice. Badly written translated instructions in poor black and white print. Bow is too tough to pull and catapult too strong for a young child

It’s good
Was expecting a cheaper quality for the price but it came good and assembled nicely. Very age appropriate

Good fun activities with kids
These kind of toys are better than plastic junks. Bought two of these and gifted to my 7 and 6 year old niece and nephew. Both enjoyed building and playing with the toy, specially the catapult is very nice and its fun to target balls putting into basket :). Material is sturdy and help booklet is very detailed and nicely explains how to build. Suitable for 5 to 10 year old boys and girls
