My plumber had some doubts when I told him what I paid for this shower head and handheld. BUT, he was happy to admit his skepticism was not warranted! He said he was surprised by the quality and that the install was uncomplicated. It looks so good and it functions great. I've never been a fan of rainheads, as I assumed the flow would be wimpy. Not so! This one has a good strong flow that rinses my fairly thick hair quickly. Love that. And the handheld is so nice - easy to use, sits solidly in the holder. I would definitely use this system again. Seriously, it's as good as the expensive sets and the 5 star rating is deserved! Get it!!!

Works Great! Looks great
We got this to put in our master bathroom remodel. The packaging was great, all the parts and pieces were well secured. I installed it myself. it was pretty straight forward install. I was on the fence about this because I was worried about the water pressure of a rain head. We decided to try it anyways. The water pressure was great, and I think it even came with a water pressure restrictor that I didnt install, but I think the pressure would have been fine with that as well. Its not really clear, but you can run both the rain head the wall spray at the same time if you split the difference on the diverter knob. This is how my wife and I run it about 90% of the time. Very happy with it overall. I took one star off because i was a bit concerned with the casted thread. They were slightly deteriorated and I was a little concerned that they might leak. After a lot of thread tape and testing I was feeling good enough to seal the wall.

Amazing shower experience
My contractor said that the installation was easy compared to other expensive systems that he has installed in the past. The shower head is very large and it literally feels like rain; just the right amount of water pressure. The separate handheld is better that the ones that are one unit. This one is placed perfectly so I can bathe my dogs. The price was also great. Very happy with this purchase!
