No regrets!
For those of you who love to record live gigs, this is ideal. I bought this device so I could record clean audios and videos at the same time so there's syncing in real time. Gotta say the audios come out so clean and there's no problem at all in using any phones, easy to connect to. Quality is excellent 👌🏻 just need batteries to have it function and an XLR cable to mixer. About the price, that could've been a bit lesser as their company app doesn't exist or work and it is a small device too with just a belt strap and a short cable to connect your phone to. And some batteries. Perhaps cable could've been longer.

Good product but poorly maintained packaging from the reseller
Product is good but the packaging it came in was very poor. Infact at one point I decided to return it but I let it go because product was fine. When I say packaging was bad I don't mean the outside Amazon packaging but the product box. Basically I blame the reseller. You can't keep/deliver packages of such premium products in such poor packaging. Maintain them properly!

Fantastic Audio Quality
This audio interface is just simply great with absolutely good sound quality. Super light weight, so portable and easy to use. Simply plug and play and you are ready for Live Streaming, recording audio-video. Very useful for singers, performers, musicians, artists.

Not a good product
Bad product. Ik multimedia says it is compatible with all devices. But it doesn't work with Samsung M33 .

Only portable solution for plugging XLR mics into camera
The packaging was roughed up but works perfectly well.I’ve tested it with a condenser mic that requires phantom 48V.
