Fabric Dye DYE-MD-11 Dylon Machine Dye, Dark Brown

This product was not as good as it claimed. I was disappointed in the coverage of the dye. I won't be purchasing it again.

I have 2 pairs of brown denims that had lost their darkness. I bought this dye, followed the instructions exactly(I even weighed the jeans and the salt!!) And the results were better than ever. The jeans are perfect and dyed beautifully. Remember you need salt to use the dye, wash the jeans first, then put the dye and salt in the drum, then add the wet jeans and wash all on 40 .!

I had expensive towels that were starting to lose colour, used the dye and they came out perfect, like new again.

Used this on a pair of brown jeans that were beginning to fade and they are dark brown again and not patchy. Washing machine drum cleaned well and there has been no residue left to stain other washes, the rubber is maybe slightly darker than it was but as its not staining any clothes this is not a problem for me.

I was thinking of buying new towels as mine had started to fade after 3 years. Decided to try the Dylon and bought 3 packs. Brilliant results, the dark brown is a rich chocolate colour and my towels look like new. Really pleased and would definitely recommend.

What can I say - it is clothes dye at a reasonable price, and it works as expected. Table salt works as well as Dylons own salt.
