Really great mats! Used both mats on kitchen island to roll out dough. Purchased to roll out dough to make individual pizza. Mats NEVER MOVED! Easy to work on. Easy to roll out dough on. Nothing sticks to the surface. Easy to clean. Mats are NOT FLIMSY: they are thick. Easy to store. If you are thinking about purchasing Non Stick Mats to prepare your baking - look no further - these are the mats to buy! I purchased the 36" x 24" Extra Large that had two (2) mats. DO NOT put anything HOT on these mats. These mats are Amazing!

This mat worked wonderfully to roll out my bread dough. My wooden board had seen better days so decided to try this silicone mat. The wooden board would slip and slide on countertops as I kneaded and rolled out the dough. This mat stayed in place beautifully. Cleanup for me was actually easier than the wooden board as this mat is flexible. I just folded it (so that flour wouldn’t go all over the place) and took it to the kitchen sink, then unfolded and cleaned a portion of the mat at a time. You will get the hang of it quickly. I would recommend this product. Almost forgot - storing it is a breeze - just fold it up after it has dried and tuck away in your cupboard.

I bought the 36" x 24" mat. This mat is not as thick as a Silpat mat but if it was, you wouldn't be able to store it. It folds nicely and lays firm to the counter. I needed a large mat to roll pastry and pie dough. This is excellent for this use. It cleans easily like all silicone and folds and rolls up easily for storage. I am more then satisfied with this mat.
