I use it for my health been taking this for a few years

I have noticed that my energy levels have changed and my skin looks younger

I feed two of the large blue capsules to my wife with meals. She claims to notice a difference in overall health and well-being after taking them for a few days. The Obvi Mermaid Multis are easy to swallow and appear to contain quality, easily absorbed nutrients. The extra (if minimal) collagen is a plus. I absolutely love the ingredients in this multi vitamin it has everything including the Omega's we all need and want for overall brain health. This is an easy to swallow pill and is the perfect ratio of vitamins for my overall well being. I haven't found a multi-vitamin that has had this amount of well rounded overall nourishment and I'm very pleased with it. This is something I will definitely consider purchasing again.

I purchased the Obvi Mermaid Multi, Women's Health, Excellent Source of Marine Collagen, Vitamin D & Vitamin A to Support Bone, Teeth, Muscle and Immune Health (30 Servings), and I love it!!PROS-Cute and feminine packaging!-I have been taking collagen now for months and it has made such a difference with my hair, skin and nails. I can totally see a difference. My nails are so much stronger-Has almost all minerals (20/21)CONs-Pretty expensive. Most collagens are fairly expensive and I can see why this onei s so expensive because it has such ingredients, but there are cheaper alternatives.

Waste of money none of the products work

My doctor told me I'm low on iron and as a result my hair falls out a lot when being brushed. These vitamins are great for not only my hair but my skin and immune system. The iron, folate and iodine in these pills has helped a lot. Another thing that has helped is the biotin which is also included and helps with hair growth. Lots of heart healthy vitamins in this pack and the colleges is great for my skin. This is super good vitamin although a little pricey it just over a dollar per day. But I have definitely seen less hair fall out from using this so I will continue to use it.

I like that it has loads of the vitamins that I need, but it is true that as soon as you open the jar it smells like cod oil, or to some other bad quality omega 6, and after I take them it makes me burp with the taste of this cod oil, I get it has marine collagen, or something that is why is called mermaid, but that makes it hard to enjoy the product. I think it is too expensive for a 30 day multi supplement and I don't see any changes in a week, so I will take the whole thing even if I don't really like it, and of course in a week it is hard to see any changes.I fell in love with the presentation of this product, that is the main reason why I got it, but I might not buy it again. And I can't really say I would recommend it.
