Defective item supplied
I am aware of the return policy and the time frame. Unfortunately, I have opened the item and intend to start using it. But I got a defective item and I have to just throw it as it is not usable.Sad to say that I couldn't get support from Amazon due to their policy and I am the victim of having a defective item.
