Great product
Seems very durable. The cover did stick slightly when I took it off but snaps in place easily.Overall this is a great product.

Quality Item
Only criticism is box isn't very deep so there is little room to manipulate wires and connect to the receptacle. I used #6 AWG wire (instructions allow #8 to #4) for 50 amp service and it was hard to get the box closed when entering from the rear of the box. Tested and works great though.

Perfect for shipping container cabin.
I’m building a Shipping container cabin and this is perfect for it. After I made a mistake and installed the wrong type of 50 amp box, I did some research and came up with this. I now have the correct box and plug (Marino CS6364N also ordered on amazon)50 amps coming in. There are knockouts on the back, bottom and sides. Plenty of options. I had it in my hands just 12 hours after I ordered from amazon and installed on the cabin in 1 hour plug on wire included. This could work in many applications and its built well. Now, time to order some wood putty and fix all the mistake holes.! Wish me luck.!

Easily installed outside house
Easily installed outside house, a little tight for wiring but nothing unexpected when dealing with large gauge wire for a generator. Tested and works great. I used the rear knockout as wiring came through wall to the outside as it was mounted right under the breaker panel.

Good quality, small box but tight fit for 6awg wire. Still a good unit.
We ordered this unit from Amazon Warehouse because of the lower cost. When it was time to install the box I noticed a couple of the knockouts were missing so I ended up heading to town and getting filler plate to seal the whole. The knockouts are ¾ inch and the filler plates are something like 75 cents for 4. When we got back and started to hook the pug up we found that one of the connectors was stripped and had to request a return with Amazon. The return process is really easy and I was able to order another one that will be here in a couple days.As for the unit itself, we were using 6awg wire and like the other reviews said, it is a tight fit and takes some time to get the wire to bend enough to close the lid. It is not impossible but takes a little extra work on your part. I would recommend cutting off any excessing wire and making the 90 degree bend in the wire with a pare of pliers before you try to close the lid.
