So. This thing serves a purpose but that’s about it. It’s ok for shoes not often worn. If you were to use this daily, it would become worn pretty quickly. This comes with Velcro section dividers, which is fine, until you move the box once it’s zipped. Then they all come apart. I wear size 6-6.5 women’s, pretty petite feet, and as you can see my shoes just fit in the slots. I definitely don’t think men or women with larger feet/shoes can use this. It’s worth mentioning that if you don’t want your shoes to be smushed, you can only store one shoe per slot. Otherwise you crush them. Therefore, you don’t really get to store 12 pairs of shoes. I’m not returning simply because I need a storage option ASAP and this will work for the shoes I store during the off season. Would I buy again? Nope.

I read the product reviews prior to buying this product and I know I saw mixed reviews on the quality of the product and how flimsy it can be. And to be honest the reviews are right, the velcro and sometimes come apart as you keep pulling and pushing the shoes away(I have mine under my bed so usually I am pulling and pushing). But I bought this because I was in desperate need of a shoe organizer. It does the job, that's about it. It holds a good amount of shoes, keeps them nice and tidy in there and nothing much about it. If you want to save your money and get something that does what it is described to do I would look into getting this. I didn't want to spend more than 15 bucks on a shoe organizer that was just going to be under my bed the whole time so I settled with this one.

The Velcro partitions allow greater flexibility -- I have one partition four deep for some tall boots, another two deep for some soft boots that fold over. Put some cardboard under the unit and it will slide easily on the carpet.

I purchased for my 9 year old daughter to store extra shoes under her bed. She's able to maneuver it to get shoes in and out, and she's not a careful kid. Could be a little sturdier- but it was $9.. so I'm good with it.
