Pretty boring read, exposes the weakness of script and Greg Cox the author is often a boring writer anyway.

This was a great book! It really focuses on Caesar and his struggles with the Colonal. The book is not drastically different from the movie, but there are some little things you will notice that are interesting. Pay attention in the beginning of the book to the ape named “Spear”, he really ends up being another heroic ape we can all love like Caesar.While reading this book you are able to find out what Caesar is thinking and how he feels, which I found extremely moving. The author really did a great job of showing how much of a hero and great leader Caesar is! I can’t wait to see what direction the reboot series takes next and I hope there are more books to come!
