So cuuuuute! The leather is good quality and it fit our little papillon mix that is 13-14lbs. I love that there wasn’t extra long collar leftover at the end that would flap and make it look cheap.But it’s perfect for her and the hearts are adorable

Absolutely love this collar on Ellie. It's made out of two strips of soft leather sewen together. It's held up to my Australian cattle dog pulling on walks, while she is swimming and doesn't bleed color when it gets wet.

Update: unfortunately the quality has changed. On top of it returning an item with them is horrible. This is not a good company. FIrst I called to find out why i hadn't received the refund, the guy was very rude. I recommend writing, customer service is much nicer in writing, because they know Amazon has access to the emails. I had sent back two collars right away (same day it got approved), due to quality and because the red collar was different from the picture, it's not bright red, it's much, much darker. Those collars were in original packaging and had the tags attached, they were untouched. I don't order on Amazon unless an item is returnable, I order alot and sometimes have to return, never had ANY issue until this company!! They approved the return and gave me an RMA number to include in the package. Then you have to pay for your own shipping and give them the tracking number. I did all that but unfortunately in my case the post office didn't scan the envelope and that's enough for them not wanting to refund you. Lot's of excuses to get out of a refund and we are talking about $40 of refund. They are saying they have so many packages every day that come back (wonder why?) that they cannot keep track of each one. That's what the RMA number is for. Anyhow, after many emails and a call to Amazon customer service they finally agreed to refund me. They also deducted $7.66 restocking fee. Needless to say I am not a happy customer, stay away from this company, not worth it.

Love the collar!! Looks great on my dog. Wider than last one I got for a puppy but the wider works fine for my big girl. I love her and like the hearts that show that.
