First the colors are more muted than I had expected, 2nd even though this seller showed having the item in stock when I placed the order. Each time my order was promised to be delivered, the order never arrived and ended up being rescheduled four times. Then when I tried to cancel the order due to supplier's incompetence I was denied, so 30 days later I did finally receive the item.The mug is sturdy & easy to hold. I use it for portion control to try and keep myself from inhaling large quantities of the various stews & casseroles that I enjoy but can’t seem to stop over eating. It works as a jumbo coffee mug too. I find it to be a little to heavy to walk about the house, but if your staying in one place that shouldn’t be a concern.There are better jumbo mug options out there. After getting frustrated waiting for this to arrive I ordered the Sweese 622.403 Jumbo Mug Set- 24 Ounce Porcelain Mugs for Soup, Coffee, Tea, Ice Cream, Cereal, Set of 4 in the navy blue color. I am actually much happier with the Sweese mugs than I am with this one. The colors are much more vibrant if that is important to you.While this mug is acceptable for its intended purpose in my opinion it is not worth a premium price over the numerous other similar products at lower price points and equal quality.

Good size mug for soup or cereal, or for a true coffee addict.

I love this mug - I use it to heat up soup, chili or leftovers like spaghetti. Ther food can get nice and hot while the handle stays manageably cool. I had used other bowls to heat stuff up but the bowl got too hot to handle. This doesn't do that.While I like this mug, I was very disappointed to learn that Pfaltzgraff products are no longer being made in the US, and are now being made in China. Apparently Pfaltzgraff - a traditional American company founded in 1885 in York Pa that made high quality, collectible dinnerware for over 100 years - sold out to a corporate giant that shut down all of their US retail stores, moved them 'off-shore' and only sell online now - a real loss of a fine traditional American company - this was very disappointing and a real shame

The colors are beautiful

Ordered 2 pair of these. First two arrived broken. Second replacement pair were shipped individually and one of those was broken. Now they are out of stock and no replacement is available for 5 months. The one surviving mug is very nice and what I wanted.

Terrible pain taste, I washed cup numerous times with different dish detergents, left overnight with cold water, nothing helped. Every liquid I put in the cup has aftertaste.

This soup/ cereal mug is a large capacity, attractive mug that serves my purpose exactly. It is a bit heavy -- fine for me BUT somewhat of a a concern for my wife. I consider it a very good purchase and addition to our dishware.
