If you've worked your way up from lower doses, as I did, this is tops! The combination of the 3 ingredients is perfect. I take it 30 minutes before bed and get to sleep in minutes after laying down. Sure, the taste takes some getting used to and the texture is "dusty" but well worth it.

Directions say to dissolve under tongue but these taste awful so I just swallow them. Works very well though.

I have to swallow it, puts you to sleep pretty quickly, but I wake up very groggy, hard to wake up.
