My daughter tried these last night and they worked really well for her. She only needed one tablet, and she slept very well through the night. I was happy with how well it worked for her and how easy it was to take.

Reading is fundamental, I suppose. I realize this is completely on me, as I should have looked at the reviews more closely before purchasing. HOWEVER, when you type, “Melatonin Sleep GUMMIES” into the search bar, and these are the first thing returned, AND flagged as “Amazon’s Choice”—you’d expect the overall correct product to be returned. So, please be aware if you are in search of a gummy Melatonin form, these are not that. These are pill form that dissolve on your tongue, and they do not dissolve quickly either and have a bad taste. I also found them to leave my mouth feeling exceptionally dry as well. The location of Whole Foods in my city is on the opposite side of town in the busiest part of town, and I’d pay more than I paid for this product to NOT have to drive over there. Otherwise, I would have absolutely returned this item upon opening it when I realized it wasn’t the product I thought I was getting. But it was a good lesson for me, and I will pay better attention moving forward knowing that Amazon doesn’t always return results that match up to your search request.

Amazing. Works in about an hour, maybe longer. Sleep quality is great, if I wake up in the night I can easily go back to sleep. I haven’t had any bad side effects. Been taking it off and on for a couple months. Good price too.
