Brilliant Little Book
Recommended by my physical therapist. I love that it's well-footnoted, so the material isn't just somebodies opinion even though the authors are experts. They introduce the concept of "wrinkles on the inside" to convey, if you get some aches and pains, some of it is just "what's so". They're not saying to ignore pain but rather, once you have done what you can don't let it ruin your life.

On time and as promised. Would buy product again, would by from seller again. This was suggested by my doctor. As someone that has had 3 surgeries and 15 years of chronic pain, I'd say it is worth reading. Personally I found it very redundant, very very redundant, but I've been invested in the subject for a very long time. I wish I had read it a decade or so sooner.

Fantastic book. This was an excellent explanation on the origins of pain and how to deal with it. Pain is, primarily, in our head (brain). Pain is usually a warning that some part is overworked or we need to pay attention to that area. Thanks for the perspective. I'm going to share this book with family members who are suffering from back and other pains.

I lowered my sensitivity to pain through education and physical therapy.
Recommended by my Physical Therapist, as a resource reference for the discussions we had about pain and how to more consciously evaluate and manage pain. Written for the patient, the book is educational and thought-provoking. I have learned so much and can wholeheartedly recommend the book for anyone wanting to understand pain and gain insight into reducing sensitivity levels.

No exercises to relieve back pain.
I purchased this product expecting illustrations of proper approved exercises to reduce back pain and perhaps strengthen the back..Instead it was a lecture on pain ..pretty much saying eventually it should go away?

Not worth the paper printed on
Inaccurate and oversimplified. The price is a joke. You could learn more watching YouTube videos on the subject.
