Excelente producto, al principio tenía dudas ya que nunca había comprado un artículo reacondicionado pero estoy completamente satisfecho con mi compra, el audio es bueno y mejora mucho más con los botones de bass y el audio 7.1, si alguno tiene la misma duda que yo al principio si viene con todos los artículos, en mi caso si venía con todo a excepción del filtro pop pero la verdad no afecta mucho eso y se puede conseguir en cualquier lado por un costo mínimo, de allí en fuera valen mucho la pena por el precio, los recomiendo bastante!

Los audífonos son muy buenos, el único detalle es que no me incluyeron la esponja qué cubre el micrófono. Considero que fue una buena compra a un buen precio.

Los compre con un descuento abismal y de ello puedo decir que me encanto todo sin embargo comparándolos con unos Hyperx Cloud Stinger S, el sonido del micrófono es igual de bueno aunque por el precio original no note una gran diferencia en el sonido entre ambos headsets, pero todas las demás características valen el precio (con descuento).Algunos puntos a destacar.-Me llego como a todos sin bolsa de viaje ni esponja para el micrófono.-Construcción solida y con materiales de calidad-Totalmente desmontable de forma sencilla y rápida.-Todos los accesorios son nuevos, sin suciedad, raspones o algo afecte su funcionalidad.-La calidad de audio es casi similar a las de los Hyperx Cloud Stinger S (a mi parecer)-Buen micrófono usado para llamadas en mi caso y juegos en linea sin ningún problema de compatibilidad o detección del mismo.-Muy cómodos no me hacen sudar, no siento pesada la cabeza y en una ocasión los use para cubrir mis orejas del frio (conservaron mis orejas a una temperatura buena durante mucho tiempo)-Control de audio funcional para activar el 7.1, subir o bajar la voz de otros jugadores o darle prioridad al juego.

Tuve los Hyperx Cloud Alpha normal, me cambié a estos pensando que habría un poco de diferencia pero no, al contrario, sentí menos calidad, no sé si eran por ser reacondicionados pero en cuanto calidad en un poco inferior a su versión normal, tienes menos bajos que su versión normal. Tuve que devolverlos y regresar a los normales.

They're great!! (I bought these refurbished so the 7.1 attachment is weird it makes one side of the headphones slightly louder than the other) (the 7.1 cord doesn't make them louder, like its not a DAC type thing, its like a powered volume/game chat control. The 7.1 button sounds like its turning on a EQ type setting where it aims sounds more towards the High Hz frequency, it definitely doesn't sound like 7.1, its definitely artificial sounding.) but the headphones themselves work great. It came with all the Cords and gear for them. They came with 2 different ear pads, the cloth is more comfortable but the faux leather sounds better, I guess it holds in more sound. The microphone is great and clear, I love how EVERYTHING is detachable and replaceable, they are not the LOUDEST but they are nice and clear. You can't use the 7.1 with xbox...kinda, there's a Bluetooth adapter plugs into a 3.5mm jack and you can attach it to the USB on the 7.1 and it'll work...BUT I highly doubt your actually getting the 7.1, but anywhere you can plug a USB into to get sound like maybe a computer or ps4 or even your TV( if it capable). The sliders are really great, sometimes when I listen to podcasts or watch YouTube videos, don't really need Bass, so I'll close them, but then I'll listen to rap and dubstep and rock and metal and ill crank those sliders all the way open. The bass isn't like super crazy outta this world, but its great you can actually hear low notes, playing with Hz it gets really Low like you can hear it down to 20Hz. The overall sound stage is pretty good, its not CRAZY wide but WAY better than BEATS and Bose and Sony. It's the best headphones IMO within this price range, like perfect for gaming, great for music. VERY versatile.
