This is a good fan. We have two. One on our deck and one in our family room. If you're area is big enough, opt for the 83" version. We should have done that on our deck. The remotes need to be linked to each fan or else one remote will control both fans. We had our handyman install as I'm not much for that. Took him about an hour or so. The LED light gives off excellent light. It's dimmable. The fan has 6 speeds, I think. It's way better than anything you'll get from the big box home improvement store. I know. We have several from those stores. It's more money but it's a better selection to get this fan and others like it.

The media could not be loaded.  Light color and brightness are lousy. Minkaire has much better bulbs. The shape isn't exactly smooth wood like I expected, but it's an elegant item overall. Walnut/black matte looks modern. Whisper quiet. Nice breeze. Remote is intuitive. You can ever switch fan direction from remote. Dimming however requires cycling through multiple settings instead of a dial. For cathedral ceiling, take into account extra long pole you need to purchase separately plus cost of install easily adds hundreds to the cost.Many other brands have copied, but this one is still unique. Not sure it's worth the price. Knockoffs are good choice. See photos.

I have 4 of these beautiful ceiling fans - about to buy one more. They are whisper quiet and really move the air well. The light is dimmable - you just push and hold the "light" button on the remote. These fans have saved us from needing air conditioning in the summer!

This fan is quiet, sleek and energy efficient.If I need another fan in the future, this would be my first choice.

I _love_ how this fan looks. The blades are just beautiful. I installed the 60" in a 200 sq. ft. room and it's just the right size for the space. For the last month of summer, I had running on its lowest setting constantly for about a month and we got a pleasant cooling effect in the room. On its lowest setting is basically noiseless. On higher settings, it's still quiet.The LED light is fine — nothing special but no complaints.NOTE: I wired the fan and LED separately so I could tie the LED to a dimmer switch. There aren't instructions for this, but it was straightforward enough to do.

We had another fan similar to this fan that just didn’t move enough air in our bedroom. We already have the same fan only 70” in our great room that does an excellent job at moving air so we purchased this smaller version as a replacement and love it. It is so quiet we can leave it on all night without disturbing our sleep.
