A kind and careful guide to self-healing, and finding help
This woman knows the dangers of flooding and flashbacks. I was impressed with how compassionate and intelligent was her care for the readers. She is not just out to tell her own story and get it off her chest, but proceeds very cautiously, always aware of how her words could hurt instead of heal readers, depending on their own life story.

A brilliant book about surviving ritual abuse. Covers a great deal of information and is a book I refer to over and over. Would love to see it in kindle store.

tip of the iceberg
This is a well meant but unfortunately inadequate book. There are (at a very conservative estimate) 100 millions worldwide who are suffering ritual abuse (at least 10 millions in the US, a major center). It is not due to the odd sadist or some isolated groups of devil worshipers, as this book implies. There is feeble talk of child alters and a few more such, when the truth is that concerted, extremely professional steps are taken to deliberately and repeatedly shatter (by torture and trauma) each mind in order to create over 2,000 segments (how many alters do you think such a person has?)This is not a few pedophiles and/or satanic societies here and there but a huge and worldwide conspiracy that has been ongoing for millennia. (Yes, that so-heatedly denied conspiracy theory. YOU get to choose - you can be a conspiracy theorist or a coincidence theorist. Just which one is the bigger fool?)According to Fritz Springmeier who has books available on the internet about the 13 bloodlines and about ritual abuse (the latter is "The Illuminati Formula Used to Create a Total Mind Controlled Slave" - he has been jailed for his efforts), over 50% of therapists in this arena are double-agents; would you want to end up in their hands? And the rest know so little about ritual abuse that what they do to you is further abuse, no matter how well meaning they are. They don't even know about the pyramid of programmers (male only), controllers and handlers involved, much less about the installation of layers within layers of false cores, or about Reich's sexually-based mind control procedures (this information is illegal and its very existence is officially denied, whereas these programmers know and use them masterfully).Brilliant (sick) minds, unfortunately, have created these brutal and depraved techniques and they pick those for whom they have kept full records of your ancestry, your family situation, your health, your genetics; this kind of abuse follows families, as it's easier to program succeeding generations. If you are a victim desperately begging for help, you will either be disbelieved by the fearful, mistreated by the dabbling amateurs, or drugged and put into an institution. As the overwhelming majority of therapists (it is not an accident that breaks down to "the rapist") don't even know the few facts stated here (much less the totally logical reasons for each of them), they are worse than useless in such situations. As I've written elsewhere, if you are seeking genuine help, read Swerdlow's books, especially "True Reality of Sexuality" and "13-Cubed". Also, see the Mind Control DVDs on the Expansions website (search Swerdlow + Expansions) - any one of the several on offer will put your knowledge at a different level. As a survivor (nay, a surpasser, as he calls himself), Swerdlow's information is truly in a different league - intensely practical, he provides details you will never come across elsewhere and also shares occult information that is used in these rituals, and which also must be used to start recovery.P.S. Now highly recommending The Revolutionary Trauma Release Process by David Berceli - uniquely, it gets dozens of unanimously 5 star reviews on Amazon.com! Also recommending "The Healing Code" by Lloyd - for me THE only emotional healing technique that really works. Personally, it only works with specific experiences rather than general health, but that alone is a stunning benefit, given that the more famous methods like EFT and NLP have not worked at all for me (and others I am in touch with).
