High Speed Gear Reflex IFAK System | Roll and Carrier | Medical Supply Holder (Coyote Brown)

I was looking for a bigger ifak and narrowed it down to this and the BFG Trauma plus. I like to pack 2 kits worth of contents and this perfectly holds 2 Israeli bandages, 2 packs of chest seals, 2 zfolds, 2 triangle bandages and 5 quick clots and fits perfectly into the sleeve without being too cumbersome on the back of my belt.

Top tier compared to some of the other brands. Quick to draw from the rear with either hand. Love the retainers and the fact that you have the option of attaching a SPEAR, chem light, or marker on the holder (not the roll) itself

This pouch is so much better than the GI issue pouch or anything else I've tried. It fits perfecting in the dead space on the back of my belt, but isn't too bulky to wear in a vehicle. Easy to reach from either side, the glove pockets are a nice feature and I can keep my shears, TQ, and chemlights easily reachable from the center without pulling the whole roll. It has plenty of room for gloves, chest seal, gauze, compression bandage, nose tube, and another TQ.

First off HSGI makes good stuff. I have no complaints about the way they put things together. My issue with this one & why it only got three stars is because quite simply it takes up too much space on my belt. I needed something small and relatively compact to fit on my battle belt. I found the only place that I could really put this was in the center of my back, which to me seemed problematic and took up a lot of space. And I was not a big fan of having to pull the internal pack out and then having to unroll it to get to the things I needI carry two tourniquets on the front of my carrier. Easy to see easy to grab easy to use if necessary and I’m hoping it never will be needed however, you can’t depend on hope. I ended up using an older Molly pouch that took up less room on my belt. The pouch is not a bad idea overall it was just too large to fit the parameters that I needed to. You may have better luck depending on what you choose to carry.

An awesome piece of gear but expensive for what it is.

I was looking for an IFAK to replace my current issued ACU one since everything is going to OCP now. I have placed this particular IFAK on my battle belt and it's easily accessible. Doesn't get in the way and can either be placed horizontally or vertically. I would recommend this to anyone who has a battlebelt

Bought this to have an easily deployable IFAK right before I went on deployment. I am with a helicopter assault unit so I am constantly getting in and out of helicopters, this IFAK wasn’t up for the challenge. Numerous times the roll would fall out of the carrier as I’m running out and my team mate would have to pick it up. Eventually I was getting out by myself and once I got picked back up again and went back to base I realized it was gone. Had to Jerry rig another roll to fit into the carrier.

Works great but price is way to high for what it is . There are ifaks just as good for half the price .
