Sweet story telling your child or grandchild they are your gift! Bought this for my 4 year old grandson He loved it! Asked me to read it many times. Sweet memories!I gave it 4 stars because it came without the book jacket. In my haste, I wrote the dedication inside the book without realizing that. 🙄

It has the charm of her previous books but the words are bland. It’s a novelty picture book riding on the wave of her better books. It lacks meaning. I was disappointed.

The illustrations in this book are so beautiful and the text has me misting up every time I read it to my daughter. I love it.
