Great reference for those wanting to draw and paint trees.
Finally a book that has a bare tree drawing, an ink sketch like a skeleton of a tree, next to each tree for quick reference of shapes. I use this as an art reference book, and appreciate the layout for that.

This is a very through book however it is done by illustrations rather than photos.

This is one of the best guides for quick lookup of trees you don't know the name of. They have a series of leaf patterns and are grouped sensibly to make it quick to identify that tree you are curious about. Highly recommended !!

I am adjunct professor of Botany and Arboriculture at Politecnico Milano 1863 and I suggested the book as for identification of ornamental trees . Nice and concise.
