Yes, works just fine
I had hoped this would help be smash down seams when I fold them over - double seam thickness - but that was asking too much of the fabric, didn't work. That's alright though, I have plenty of work to do that will keep this tool working for a long time. It is definitely heavy, don't have to push so hard, which is very nice.

Nice Heavy Roller but Squeaky!
Nice smooth surface roller with good weight and cheap wood handle. Roller has some play to it, not a tight fit on shaft, but it gets the job done at this price point.

The QMNNMA Seam Roller for Leather, Quilting, Platen Tools, Leather Press Edge Roller Leather Edge Creaser is a very heavy tool that does fit easily in your hand. It has a wooden handle that has a smooth finish and a flare at the end to make it easy to hold on to. The fit and finish of the tool is not the best- there is a gap between the end of the cap the roller is attached to and the handle and there is a large lump of glue on the cap. The handle and the cap ends are both smooth and I don't think that will cause any problems but it doesn't look very finished. The roller is very squeaky and I don't know what to put on that to stop the noise and not get on my fabric. You will always be able to tell when I am using the roller.I am just starting quilting so I am getting basic tools but I don't think I would have purchased this if I had seen it first. However it feels like it will do its job so I will just grit my teeth through the noise.
