I bought this in October 2021 and still using it for about a dozen pots on my patio. No pressure issues.I used to use batteries but switched to USB power this summer and that's been great. The batteries lasted about a month depending on your pump schedule. I do every 4 hours for 7-8 minutes.Outside I have it sitting on a brick with a bucket over top and a brick holding that down. Keeps all water away from it even in a downpour.I use a 30 gallon Rubbermaid as a reservoir.

OK. I want to start out by saying, Amazon sent me a pump that didn't work. It came in a busted up box and looked like something that was returned. Not the first time Amazon did that BTW..I tried the pump and it didn't pump water well at all. I was very annoyed to say the least.Obviously, I returned the pump.Shortly after the return, the company that sells the pumps reached out to me. They explained that I may have received a bad pump and to give them another chance to make it right. They sent me a new pump ASAP and gave me a full refund for the product. They wanted to make things right and see to it that I was 100% satisfied.I received the new pump a few days later. I wasn't expecting it to work any better than the last but gave it a try. The box the new pump came in was in much better condition than the last. The items inside were organized and looked new.I quickly placed batteries in the pump and hooked up the tubes. Once I turned it on it started pumping water right away. No hesitation what so ever. It drained a 16oz cup of water in 40 seconds. Not bad....They say this will water up to 10 plants and comes with everything to do as it says. Drip spikes tubing, etc...Now I believe it. This little pump works.It takes 4 AA batteries. (not included).It has a USB port for running it without batteries? I'll have to see. It does not come with a USB cable.So far, I'm impressed. Not only with the pump, but with their customer service. Thank you for making it right. That goes a long way.Follow up.... after two weeks, batteries died. I replaced batteries and works again. But for how long?I used brand new batteries both times. This product is supposed to work for almost a year on one set of batteries.... Pretty disappointed. But since they gave me a free pump to write a review with 5 stars, I figured I would not nitpick... Lol!Just so you know. It's good for maybe 10 pots with one dripper per pot. Multiple holes in the line will not make it to 10 pots. And so far the battery life has been under one month life span.This company tried to bribe me to make 5 star reviews on their other products in order to receive free stuff.. I don't play that game. Honest reviews or nothing.With that said, I took away a star and will no longer do business with them.Boom!The consumer......

I really liked this little pump. Threw some batteries in, easy to program and has everything you need. Doesn't pump a lot of water for several plants but would work great for a handful. I'll just be using it for when me and the wife go out of town for a few days. Definitely happy with the purchase.

The system is pretty easy to install. I needed the system in order to water the plants while on vacation. Bought a large water container and figured out the system output after I ran it manually and calculated how much litres / minute it pumped. Calculated the frequency of operation for the pump so the water will be enough for a whole week. When I came back from the vacation, all the plants were dying and the water container empty.Filled again and programed the system to work less frequently (6 seconds every 3 hours), however came the next day and the 5 gallon container was empty.... then I filled again with water, and noticed the pump was still releasing water even though it was turned off.Very disappointed

I purchased this to help maintain my indoor herb garden when I'm away. I was so impressed that I'm leaving it connected permanently. The pump is quiet, it pumps plenty of water and has an infinitely adjustable timer. The system also comes with plenty of irrigation tubing and connectors.I precut my plastic tubing and gently warmed the ends with a hair drier just prior to connecting it to make the connection process easier. The connections are tight and leakproof. The tubing can alternately be left on a warm window sill to make it more pliable prior to connecting it.I'm very happy with this system and thinking of purchasing another for my other indoor plants,

Pump worked well but new issue as arisen. It appears that pump is allowing water to bypass the pump and siphon into the plant. This led to my plant and plant area being flooded. Not an issue as long as you keep the pump higher than the water level and plant level.

The item works great and does exactly what its intended to. My only negative comment would be the clip that attaches the feeder to the water source. I have purchased two of these and the feeder actually attached to a clip that you then hang on the side of your water source, however the clip releases from the feeder and can fall off Very easily.

I went on a 3 week vacation and didn’t have to impose on anyone to water my “Covid Garden”. I have a lot of houseplants after the quarantine. It was tricky to plan it out but once I did it was easy to put together. I came back to healthy plants. I’m still using it because it’s been working out so well!
