Q: What do I do if my papers get stuck when stapling?

Papers getting stuck in the PLUS Paper Clinch is normally due to trying to clinch more than the recommended amount, for the 31250 that is 5 sheets. However, it may also occur if the mechanism fails while attempting to make the fold. In these cases it maybe possible to forcibly dislodge 1 or 2 sheets and then try and clinch the remaining sheets which may allow the fold to be completed. It is likely however that too much paper is blocking the completion and the rest of the sheets will have to be forcibly removed. Once sheets are removed, tweezers, pin, end of paper clip, small flat head screwdriver, etc. an be used to remove stuck paper.

It doesn’t have to be emptied.

Q: What’s the difference between “glossy white” and “ivory white”?

They are in fact the same unit but the Glossy vs Ivory description is denoting new packaging which we are moving towards.

Q: How do I empty it after use?

On the lower front portion of the clinch there is a cap that can be pulled forward and any paper dust can be emptied and then cap can be closed for the next use.
