Drains Battery (seller did reimburse me)
I finally installed this as a hood light and the switch turns on every time I start the truck. I figured this out after a second business trip. The first one I had to jump my truck. This time I put in a breaker for my switch pros (this light is isolated and direct to the battery). When I opened the hood, the light was on. If you purchase this light (decent light otherwise), I would at least test to see if yours does the same thing.Edit: just adding that the seller did reimburse my purchase. I’m not sure if this is a common issue, and I decided to just go with a light from Diode Dynamics instead. My review was mainly to inform folks to double check their light if your vehicle might sit for awhile. I increased my review to three stars because of the customer service response.

These are junk the on/off switch don’t work like it should. They turn on / off at random times. Don’t buy

Because it has a button you are not able to control it with a rocker switch
