The media could not be loaded.  Purchased to use for a small hanging birdbath, worked right out of the box, fully solar-powered 1.4 Watts, placed directly in the sunlight it puts out a pretty good flow of water without depleting it for many hours, it continued working throughout the night, I refilled it with water late afternoon the following day, do not expect a huge fountain effect, it's not that powerful, I've only used one spray cap so far as seen in the video, I will update the review after trying out a couple of more, good product and a great value.ETA: Updated video in full sunlight, the spray was much higher, used a different nozzle, the water depleted after two hours, YMMV depending upon your water vessel and the amount used.

So was so wanting to have this for my backyard, but it will only work with full sunlight. It wasn't what I thought it would be. Please don't waste your money on this.

This was the smallest solar fountain we could find that would fit in our small home built birdbath attached to a birdhouse. We chose to not put any of the supplied tips on it, however, because the spray depleted the water in a short time. But it works great with the small bubbler. It goes up or down depending on the amount of direct sunlight. It works even on a cloudy day. We and the birds love it.

It only worked for 10 min. Last one I got last year worked perfectly.
