How to secure the connectors ? When the sun is bright the black tubing gets hot, expands and the connectors just start popping out from water pressure

We had this problem as well. No matter what you try (hot water, cold water, etc) the connections can still fail and pop off. I solved it by putting these tiny clamps on all the connections: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0892NW4VG I haven't had a single "pop-off" yet.

can i attach second kit to extend the length? what would i need for that?

Don’t buy another kit. Pick and choose what you use most and buy separately. That’s what I did.
