Essential
It's a great book & since it is of small format, you may take it with you wherever you go & whatever the circumstances, you'll get never bored and always will be inspired and energized. You will find the essentials for brands, of course, and what is more, for life - me meeting you = two brands meet, in fact. Take advantage of Fabian Geyrhalter's rule of thumb (page 32): "My rule of thumb: Alienate most to create a tribe of a few. Your brand is not for everyone. Focus on the perfect few, the ones you really need to fall in love with your brand. Create controversy." Great advice for business and life :). I am reading it over and over, always enriched for my day. Five points out of five!

It has important key points but it's not what I was expecting
It is a lovely book, as a marketing professional, I agree with everything the author says, it is though a book of quotes, which I don't love, I personally believe that the content misses continuity, which is probably just a matter of style, I guess that for some that may work . How To Launch a Brand, one of the author's previous books is unbelievably good, it's practical and concise. I would keep on buying his books either way.

Nuggets of Brand Psychology Gold
This is your true companion little book. A great reference for any strategist or consultant out there. It gathers "high level" quotes from the human perspective of any brand strategy, which in my opinion is the most important part of any strategy.

Excellent Principles for Brand Strategy
It will def be the smallest book on branding that sits on your shelf but don’t let the size fool you it is packed with a collection of excellent brand thoughts that explores the ideas and lessons around Brand Strategy, Visual Clarity and Verbal Clarity.
