Worked perfect for our dryer.

This is an authentic replacement part and came in the sealed manufacturer's bag. Price was right and less than at big box hw stores. These do not last, however, so care must be used with the fragile plastic design on the stress points, and the strong inclination for people to turn the knob anti-clockwise when they want to only use ten minutes of time cycle, for example. Resist! Take the long way around, or you'll be stocking up on these. This is our third one in a year (different knobs on different functions, all replacing original factory parts). Cheap is as cheap does.

for a 30 year old dyer that still runs perfectly wasn't sure what to do when one of the knobs broke due to being plastic breaking down over time. Decided to order this item/Knob, since it stated GE same as my dryer, and perfect fit !! No more using pliers to turn it on. Will order another one soon, since the other knob on my machine that has Heat / Low / Air ( which we don't use much ) matches . Very Pleased !
