Now a days with so much violence, we wanted something we could carry around on our key chain that was not too heavy but had a loud alarm sound. We were surprised how affordable this mini-alarm was & how small it was too. Even though it is small, the alarm sound is very loud. It is very easy to turn the alarm on & off (one click) & the length is about my index finger length. What my kids loved was the mini-light attached to it. We turned off our lights in our bedroom to see how strong the light was & was pleasantly surprised how bright it was. We said that we could use it when we went camping instead of having to bring around humongous heavy flashlights. I liked the hook it came with and you can easily attach the MaxxmAlarm to a lanyard for your child if they are going camping or somewhere overnight to make them feel safe. Overall, for under $15, this mini-alarm w/ light is a steal!

This is compact, but the size reflects the impact it has outside.I can shout louder to ward off a coyote pack when out walking the dog…..

I bought three of the Maxx alarms, and while they are all great this is my favorite. The flashlight is so useful and helped it win a spot on my keychain. I’m buying a second one to keep with our emergency kit and a third to put with our camping gear - the price is reasonable enough to just outfit them all and not worry about forgetting one. The alarm is //loud// and definitely effective in both startling an oncoming threat and in attracting attention! Construction is solid but as you can see easy to grip (and I have small hands) and not heavy for as substantial as it feels. Would love other colors but white works for me!

This alarm is a great value and seems to offer most of the same features as higher priced options. It's much lighter than I expected and hangs unobtrusively from my purse strap with the included carabiner.You can set off the alarm two different ways. You either pull the top slightly or press the SOS button on the side of the device. I prefer to press the button, which is easily located by touch even in the dark.My favorite part of this device is the flashlight. It's very handy and I really like that it automatically flashes on and off when the alarm goes off.

What more can ask for this is an excellent product.love the light feature! It is great in case of a night incident as it not only draws your attention with the sound, but lights up to identify where you are as well.I would recommend to anyone to get one of these alarms.It is very light but packs a loud alarm sound.It fits perfectly on my backpack.Highly recommend great for any women in your life big or small

My mom and father-in-law both needed a little alarm to let us know if they need our help. They turn it on and off quickly and the alert is helpful in attending to their needs. It makes just enough noise to get our attention. And, it has a flashlight if they need to see something during the night. Very reasonably priced and it works great.

Great product! Came in perfect condition with battery’s included. It’s very small to carry around making it very convenient to carry on me. It’s light is very bright and it illuminated a full spot in my dark room. And best of all the alarm on this maxxmAlarm is very loud for people to hear.
